Fully Welded Plate Heat Exchanger

The all-welded plate heat exchanger absorbs the advantages of the detachable plate heat exchanger, and makes up for the new high-efficiency heat exchange equipment of the tubular heat exchanger. The gasket is completely eliminated on the basis of the original semi-welded heat exchanger. It can use medium and medium temperature applications, which retains the full countercurrent heat transfer characteristics of the detachable heat exchanger, which is 3-5 times higher than the traditional shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and requires plate and frame according to the application. Divided into three types, non-removable, single-sided detachable, and detachable on both sides. The all-welded plate heat exchanger expands the application range of the gasket heat exchanger and is characterized by high temperature resistance (≤300 degrees), high pressure resistance (≤40 bar), corrosion resistance and high heat transfer efficiency.
