We use imported rubber raw material to ensure excellent product quality , good stability, high quality of finished products and long life time.

We have our own R&D laboratory with advanced testing equipment and testing methods, all in accordance with international standards, testing raw materials and heat exchange media, and formulating different solutions for different media.

By keeping the most common gasket types in stock at all times we are able to offer immediate delivery on most gasket requests. Our inventory consists of approximately 300 different variations of gaskets in different rubber materials. 

Depending on the design and the type, adhesive or nonadhesive(Clip-system) gaskets may be used. As gasket materials, well-known, proven and tested materials are used, such as:

• NBR (nitrile-rubber): universally applicable for aqueous and oily fl uids e.g. water / oil-applications

• EPDM (ethylene-propylene-rubber): wide range of applications for many chemical compounds which do not contain mineral oil and grease; also for water and steam applications

• Fluororubber (Viton): extremely resistant to chemicals and organic solvents, also to sulphuric acid and vegetable oils at high temperatures
