(1) The on-site maintenance personnel can first draw out the damaged plates and the leaking plates in pairs (A+B). If the number of dislocated plates is small and the number of reduced flow channels is small, the equipment can continue to be used after assembly, and the impact on production is not great. This solution is applicable to the situation that there are no replaceable new plates on site and the equipment cannot be stopped. If conditions permit, it is better to stop the machine for replacement and maintenance.

(2) When the sealing gasket of the plate heat exchanger slides away from the gasket groove, it is necessary to replace the deformed plate and the gasket that slides away from the gasket groove in time when dealing with this dislocation.
